Fitness
Build Burn Breathe relies on the fitness philosophy of celebrity trainer Mark Jenkins. His original approach incorporates a wide range of styles, from Navy training exercises to body weight only methods. This holistic technique provides quick - yet lasting - results, ensuring our guests will achieve their fitness goals.
Yoga
Mark’s wife Nadia has spent more than 15 years studying yoga and Yogic philosophy, in addition to receiving certification as a Mind Brain Health Practitioner. She is a qualified Reconnective Healing ® yoga teacher and specializes in the healing arts. Nadia has a deep understanding of neuroscience and psychology, and uses this expertise to help her clients renew their state of physical well-being through Pranic Healing. When not instructing at BUILD BURN BREATHE, Nadia runs Bent Bamboo Yoga in Washington, D.C.
Diet
Working with local chef Joel Bishop, Mark and Nadia have developed a custom diet intended to purify and strengthen the body from within, using a combination of organic whole proteins, living foods and fresh juices and smoothies.
